Heartless Caseworker

I just received this letter today from a mom who had been separated from her children for over five-months, while child service workers refused to even allow her to speak with them. Can you imagine the horror of having your child ripped from your arms and not be allowed to say even so much as "goodbye" or to tell them "Mommy Loves You?" This type of heartless abuse of children is taking place throughout this country daily.

Just wanted to let you know that I have now been given supervised visits thanks to the judge who insisted for the second time. The first time cps stopped my visits before they even started. This time he told them (cps) he better not see my attorney come back in court to say I had no visits. He was upset with cps for not letting me see my children.

I was told by an evil social worker that my 10 year old did not want to see me. He also told me that she did not want the gifts I sent her either. He lied; he never gave her the Easter baskets or anything else. He totally lied to me and to them. He wanted me to think my kids didn't love me or want me. He also wanted them to believe I didn't care about them and had abandoned them.

Tell me if that is not child abuse beyond cruelty. My girls ran across the huge yard yelling at the top of their lungs "mommy, mommy" and ran into my loving arms to hug and kiss me. It was the only good moment I've had in five months.
