I am the mother of 4 boys, who were ordered by a Texas court ruling to live with me. At the time of pick up, in Kentucky, I was served with an emergency temporary restraining order, (the emergency being I was going to get the boys).

I have spent almost a year going from court to court in Kentucky to have the valid Texas ruling honored and I am being road blocked at all levels so far and have been prevented from seeing my children.

This is true injustice in the justice system and the UCCJEA rules are even being ignored by Kentucky. Who can help when judges do not uphold the law? Please respond.
