Denied Due Process
Hello from Washoe County, Nevada,
My parental rights were terminated without due process April 12, 2005 by a corrupted System here. I joined several Internet AFRA groups and have not been able to get any help.
I filed an appeal in Carson City, Nevada Supreme Court and was not able to argue my case in front of a judge. I had to pay $700.00 to have my appeal just sit on someone's desk for one-year. I filed it as Sui Juris and I was denied a hearing or anything.
My 3 boys were taken from me on September 10th, 2004 and there were no investigations or appeals process offered. My boys’ maternal grandmother was denied guardianship (placement), they were placed in a shelter then papers were filed for TPR. Visitations were not allowed as often as they should have been.
My oldest son has a traumatic brain injury from a 1996 car accident. My husband and I had public defenders that were assigned and they would not help us get the 3 boys back home. My boys are now ages 17, 11, and 8. Is there anyone willing to come to Reno, NV, to help?

You are the worst parent that I know and your mother is even worse. All 3 of your children have different fathers all of whom are drug addicts. One is probably in jail as we speak, another is currently living with you and just got out of jail (you claim that he tried to kill you while you were pregnant with his chid, remember?), while the third is a cocaine addict and doorman at the [ ] club where you met him and were employed. You admitted once that before your residence in Remington a few years ago, you were so addicted to cocaine that the kids basically watched themselves because all you did was strip at the club and snort drugs. And you call yourself a good mother!
I remember your 6 year old getting sick and vomiting with diarrhea for weeks before you were forced by someone who actually cares to take him to the doctor.
You changed your insurance company because they assigned you a case worker and you didn't like that idea. You've smoked marijuana throughout all 3 pregnancies. Three people, that I know of, have tried to get your children taken away from you.
Your kids are not in school. You claim to home school, yet it never seems to actually happen. You don't even bathe your children on a regular basis... Your mother's parenting skills are like yours but worse. And you don't want me to keep going either, believe me.
